How can I return or exchange a non/defective product?
Please contact us to obtain a permission code and further instructions
before sending the product to us for return or exchange. We will be glad to answer your questions and assist in the process.
Returns and exchanges must be done
within 30 days of the invoice date. There is a
15% restocking fee for returns without defects.
How can I get shipping information and track my package?
When the order is shipped out, we'll provide you with a tracking
number to track your order by either e-mail or other methods with the shipping provider. If you lose the number, please
contact us with the order number ready.
When does my credit card get charged?
When we receive your order, we check for availability of the product.
We'll send you a notice if we do not have it in stock. Otherwise, we'll
prepare your order, charge your credit card, and ship out your
package on the same day. Credit cards will not be charged until the package has been shipped.
