Stocked items normally will be shipped within 2 business days.
For non-stock items, NTC sales will contact the customer with estimated lead time or alternative offers.
Please contact us if you need to get an inventory check or a shipping quote.
The cut-off time is 3PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) in business hour. Orders placed before 3PM PST will be shipped out the same day; orders placed after 3PM PST or in nonbusiness hour will be handled immediately at the next business time. The exception is DHL orders which have cut-off time at 12PM PST.
The calculation of shipping and handling fees are dependent on the shipping method, delivery distance, and total weight and dimension of the order. Please kindly use the Calculate Shipping tool to get a price quote at Checkout.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing order. A representative may contact you to verify the shipping address, and your order might be cancelled and refunded if we do not receive your response after two weeks. If the shipping address is incorrect, the correction fee charged by carriers would be billed to customer. In addition, NTC will not be responsible for missing packages due to the incorrect address.

NTC Distributing offers UPS Ground, UPS Orange (3-Day), UPS Blue (2-Day), and UPS Next Day Air (Overnight) for all 50 States.

NTC Distributing offers UPS Expedited shipping for all international orders which placed outside of the United States of America. Duties, taxes, VAT, and other fees are the customer’s responsibility, and they are not included in the shipping charges. Please be advised that you may be responsible for paying these fees when you receive the international shipment from NTC Distributing.
Use your own Freight Account
You may also make a special request using your choice of shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx or DHL with your own freight account. Additionally, you need to provide us your company’s shipping account number.
To do that you simply need to include a short comment about your desired shipping method as well as the shipping account number in the checkout page’s comment box. We will refund back the shipping fees to you once we verified your company’s shipping account number.
