FOR PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY
- Please call (408) 986-9988 or e-mail to RMA@newnex.com to obtain RMA#. RMA# is valid for 15 days from issuing date.
- Please send photos for showing serial numbers and warranty seals to RMA@newnex.com. Note: If the warranty seal on the product is broken, the warranty will be void.
- Please include RMA number on all return packages. Notes: Packages that do not have a RMA number will be rejected. Repair service normally takes 2-3 weeks.
- After Newnex receives your returned RMA products and test them, either of the following action would be taken:
- If the products are defective, Newnex will send you the replacement parts.
- If the returned products are not defective, Newnex will return back to you. You are responsible for round trip shipping costs and $50 checking and evaluation fee.
- For replacement requests before Newnex receives your returned RMA products:
- Your replacement order will be treated as a new order which will include parts and shipping costs. You are responsible to pay for replacement invoices.
- After Newnex receives your returned products and test them, either of the following action would be taken:
- If the products are defective, then Newnex will issue a credit for your replacement order.
- If your returned products are not defective, you are responsible to pay for 15% restocking fee. We could keep the products and issue a credit that is less 15% of the parts amount on the invoice as restocking fee.
FOR PRODUCTS OUT OF WARRANTY
- Checking/evaluating fee: $50.00/each unit.
- Repairing fee varies and is depending on the evaluation of the units. You will be notified for the repair cost before we do the repair.
- You will be responsible for round trip shipping costs.
- Repair warranty is valid for 6 months from the repair completion date.
Normally, you are responsible for shipping cost to return products to Newnex. Newnex is responsible for return shipping cost for qualified warranty repairs and replacements.
