The following is a brief overview of our sales terms and conditions, please read carefully.


Find the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready to purchase, click the Checkout button to select your shipping method, enter payment and complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a separate email when your order ships.

NTC Distributing accepts the following payment methods:

Pay In Advance: Check, Cashier Check, Money Order, Paypal; $20 for each returned check Purchase Orders: Government POs; for institutions and businesses, PO net terms can be granted with prior credit approval.


Shipping and handling prices are dependent on method of shipping, distance, and total weight of the order. Please use "estimate shipping and tax" in the shopping cart. If you would like to use your own freight services, please note your carrier account information in your order. We will refund you the shipping charge within 10 weeks.

International customer agrees to be responsible for the potential duties and taxes at customs. Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. Newnex will not collect those fees at purchase.

We do not accept drop shipping for international orders. Drop shipping orders will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
