The following is a brief overview of our sales terms and conditions, please read carefully.
HOW TO ORDER
Find the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready to purchase, click the Checkout button to select your shipping method, enter payment and complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a separate email when your order ships.
Download our PDF Form which you can then complete and email back to us. This is especially useful for special requests. Email: email@example.com.

NTC Distributing accepts the following payment methods:
- American Express
There is a 4% credit card bank surcharge if the invoice amount is over $1000.
There is a $25 wire transfer fee for international orders that are paid by wire payment. This fee will be waived if the invoice amount is over $1000.
There is a $5 handling fee for orders that are $25 or less.
Cash on Delivery (COD) for will-call customers
Pay In Advance: Check, Cashier Check, Money Order, Paypal; $20 for each returned check Purchase Orders: Government POs; for institutions and businesses, PO net terms can be granted with prior credit approval.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling prices are dependent on method of shipping, distance, and total weight of the order. Please use "estimate shipping and tax" in the shopping cart. If you would like to use your own freight services, please note your carrier account information in your order. We will refund you the shipping charge within 10 weeks.
A $5 service charge applies for orders less than $25 if you are paying for your shipping separately.
